Rotary Club — Chicago Financial District’s bi-monthly luncheon meeting held at the Union League Club welcomes featured guest speaker Rita Dragonette. Chicago native, writer, and newfound author of her debut novel The Fourteenth of September. Dragonette will be presenting on her latest work, this historical fiction book, based upon many of her own experiences and personal memories of life on campus during the most critical and tumultuous of times for our nation throughout the Vietnam War. Dragonette will share an important and pivotal reading from her novel and a first look at the official book trailer, followed by a Q&A and book signing.
